iConserve is working to promote regenerative agriculture training, education, and employment opportunities in the peri-urban areas of Kisumu, Siaya, Kakamega and Homabay Counties.

We provide trainings in the use and maintenance of energy-efficient cookstoves and on making no-smoke briquettes.
Biodiversity Conservation
We carry out frequent birding in Lake Victoria, Lake Kanyaboli, River Yala, Got Ramogi, and Kakamega Forest.

iConserve employs science based approaches to identify the priority areas, to improve the enforcement efforts and implement monitoring systems. iConserve will use the power of marketing to engage local communities and change their understanding and approach to local natural resource management. iConserve will train campaign managers to lead carefully-designed surveys, focus groups, and discussions with community members to build a detailed picture of how they see the state of the forests and lakes.
